Our Story
In 2020, mother-daughter team Jacqueline Palladino + Ashton Judy opened Culture + Co, the first cheese conveyor belt restaurant in the United States.
Palladino + Judy made a name for themselves in Nashville, TN for their evolving, seasonal menus and creative cheese pairings that floated under glass domes for a pick-your-own charcuterie spread.
Our menu focused on artisan American cheese with seasonal food pairings and a natural wine list.
After five years, we have moved out of restaurant space and are HITTING THE ROAD!
We are now available for cheese-conveyor belt pop ups, catering, cheese boards, gourmet cookie boxes, and our packaged pairings so you can enjoy Culture + Co. at home.
